1 Study the present status of management system in the organization by going through the documents, interacting with the management and staff and doing the gap analysis of the business. Then submit the report to top management and the way forward.
2 Conducting one day/ half day workshop for management and staff for sensitization towards quality and ISO 9001:2000 and discuss way forward.
3 Giving standard, notes and handouts to the participants.
4 Visiting and running one/half day workshop for staff every month for 8 months.
5 Assistance in development of documents for QMS as per ISO 9001:2000.
6 Training of internal auditors for audit of QMS in the organization.
7 Launching of new QMS in the organization.
8 Conducting pre - assessment audit of QMS in the organization.
9 A list of Certification Registrars is presented from where you may select the certification company and full coordination is provided till the certification is achieved. We will not provide any assistance in case if a company selects certification body other than listed in the list presented by us.
DURATION OF PROGRAM
The total duration of program shall vary from 10 to 18 months depending on number of personnel, size of organization and the business of the corporation.
